Taking a few days off from work and study never killed anyone, right? In fact, we all need to give our minds a break now and then! This will allow your brain to refuel, as your body rests, and you recharge energy for the year to come.
The beginning of the year is a great time to change your surroundings. There’s no need to travel far, maybe even spending a few days off away from the city or your house is enough.
Set new goals
Setting new goals is a great way to start afresh, and to reset your mind, to prepare for what’s to come and how will the new year look like for you. Write down affirmations and things you want to manifest. Maybe this is a relationship, a person, a job, a journey.

This clutter in your home, not only takes your time away from you, as it requires you to spend more time cleaning and organizing your belongings. But it also takes space and visual space in your house.
This can not only distract you from important tasks, but it can even bring about unpleasant or sad memories. There’s no better time of the year than the beginning of a new year to go through your belongings: clothes, items, books, photos and get rid of those that no longer serve you or brings you joy.
Go out for a walk in nature, this may look different depending on where you live, but you can look for someplace nice to relax and drift away. If you live in the countryside this is a great opportunity for you. However, if you live in the city, then for sure, there might be a park nearby where you can go and spend an afternoon, with your favorite book and company.
Take a whole day to rest away from distractions
