While exercise is quite beneficial to your health, you don’t need to spend your whole day working out to stay active. Instead, it would be best to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle and make it a part of your daily activities. Move more while working, take short or long walks during the day, take the staircase instead of the elevator, stretch frequently. Once you add the short sessions of physical activity to your daily or weekly routine, fitness becomes an essential part of your healthy lifestyle.

People often indulge in all sorts of fitness activities, and they end up getting bored or tired after some time. Who says you have to follow the rules?
