Get enough sleep

Sadly, sleep deprivation is a major source of stress. If you don’t get enough sleep at night, your body won’t function effectively as it should. Lack of sleep throws your brain and body out of sync, and you become stressed. Thus, ensure you get about seven to eight hours of sleep every night. If stress keeps you awake at night, reduce your light, switch off the tv, and practice meditation. Getting enough sleep is one of the most effective stress relievers.
