The journey to self improvement is continuous, as our potentials as humans are limitless, so it’s impossible to reach a point where we can no longer grow. If you want to see yourself becoming better this new year, here is your checklist for self-improvement – to help you achieve a happier, healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.

Optimize your time: Time is precious, and life gets busy. Thus it’s essential to assess how you will be spending your time during the year.


✅ Read every day: Try as much as possible to read a book every day; it improves your ability to focus, your memory, and creative thinking.


✅ Listen to podcasts or audio books: It’s a great way to get inspiration from other people, to lead a fulfilling life.


✅ Meditate: Find ways to manage your stressors. A great way to do this is through meditation. It will help you cope better with stressful situations and improve your wellbeing.


Learn something new: Gain new skills and knowledge by enrolling in a course or watching Youtube videos.


Get out of your comfort zone: Your comfort zone will not help you grow. You need to work hard. Do something different, expose yourself to a new context to help you succeed.


Have an exercise routine: Get in better physical shape with a weekly exercise routine; you can jog or run for 30 minutes at least three times a week.


Set a challenge: Compete with your friends or family through a challenge to see who can achieve the target. This process will help you improve and grow more.


Stay focused with your to-do lists: Start your day with a task list to help you stay focused and productive. Here are some fantastic routine ideas to start your day off right.


Acknowledge your weaknesses: Just like everyone, you have flaws. However, you need to understand and acknowledge them before you can work on them.
